Feria del Taco 2025 in Puerto Vallarta

Last Sunday, April 6, Puerto Vallarta became the epicenter of culinary celebration with the eighth edition of the Feria del Taco 2025.

This much-anticipated event brought together over 40 local taco stands and restaurants at the Puerto de Luna hotel esplanade, in the heart of the North Hotel Zone, offering a vibrant gastronomic experience for both residents and visitors.

From 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., attendees enjoyed a wide variety of tacos, from classic carnitas, suadero, and fresh seafood to innovative creations that reimagined Mexico’s iconic dish. The festive atmosphere was enhanced with live music, tastings of artisanal beers and mezcals, refreshing aguas frescas, and a selection of local desserts.

Although Altier Catering did not participate directly in this edition, we celebrate the spirit of events like this, which elevate the gastronomic culture and strengthen Puerto Vallarta’s identity as a premier culinary destination.

As specialists in luxury catering in Puerto Vallarta, private chef services for exclusive events, and personalized culinary experiences, at Altier we are inspired by initiatives that promote culinary diversity and creativity.

The Taco Fair is a reminder that Mexican cuisine is alive, constantly evolving, and that each bite can be a celebration of our history, our passion, and our artistry.

We congratulate the organizers and participants for making the 2025 edition a success and for keeping this vibrant tribute to the taco—our small but mighty cultural ambassador—alive.
